Can I sell diamond jewellery belonging to my relative, neighbour, friend?

NO you cannot, It is highly advisable that you don’t take such a risk even if you are offered any kind of commission. You will be the primary convict in such fraudulent transactions and will attract harassment, fine & Jail term from the authorities. You can sell Gold / Silver / Diamonds which belong to you, your spouse or your parents with their consent.

Will my ornaments get damaged due to Testing?

NO your ornaments will not get damaged in the normal course of XRF test, however in rare cases if we feel further assessment is required then with your approval, we will conduct tests which may require cutting or melting the ornament.

Is selling diamonds advisable?

NO, we wouldn’t advise selling diamonds, Re-sale markets quote a lower value when it comes to evaluation of diamonds. Especially after the induction of Lab grown diamonds the prices have hit rock bottom, therefore selling diamonds should be the last option when it comes to liquidation.

What is your commision & how does it fare compared to other gold buyers?

Our commission is : Gold Jewellery 0 to 2% / Gold Bullion 0 to 2.0% / Gold Jewellery release from Banks & loan companies 0 to 3% / Silver Articles & Bullion 3% / Diamond Jewellery & Solitaires 0 to 5% – depending upon the re-saleability factor / value. We follow a standard & a fair valuation procedure which will be beneficial to you always. 

Will my silver get damaged due to Testing?

YES your silver articles will get slightly discoloured (A scratch layer where the chemical is applied will turn black on that area), however in rare cases if we feel further assessment is required then with your approval further tests may require cutting or melting the silver article / ornament.
