If your jewelry is studded with stones or beads, our valuators will reference our master stone set to ascertain stone density, employing a method that allows a tolerance of +/- 0.5 grams without damaging the gold. In the case of wax-filled jewelry, we will gently heat the gold to expel the wax content in our in-house workshop.
