Q1. What are the benefits buying from DGold vs Banks or Jewellers?

At DGold you can buy gold at no Value additions such as wastage or making charges. We sell only premium brands or bank coins. Our pricing is much lower than Banks & Jewellers.

Q2. How long does booking & delivery take?

Usually booking & delivery will happen on the same day for bullion products, but when there is a supply constraint then delivery may take up to 3 days or more, you will be informed at the time of booking.

Q3. Can i get a particular brand of my choice?

NO! Our consignments differ on a day to day basis, We cannot promise you any particular brand but will try our best to fulfill your request.

Q4. Do i have to pay any advance while booking?

For same day deliveries no advance amount is required, however if delivery is scheduled for a later date then 1% of the order value shall be paid in advance.

Q5. Can i cancel my booking?

Caution: Cancelling a booking will be subject to blacklisting & charges will be applicable.

Q6. What if i am not able to come and collect the delivery?

If you are unable to come and take delivery you may request a home delivery*, However you will have to make the total payment by bank transfer immediately.

Q7. Can i make a cash payment ?

Yes Cash is accepted.

Q8. I have made a booking but unable to transfer funds to DGold.in ?

Online Payee addition takes 1-3hrs depending upon the banks, and some banks dont allow you to transfer huge limits in the first 24hrs of new payee addition therefore it is advisable to add our account details into your banking system 24hrs prior to booking the gold.
